Reservation and confirmation of accommodation in Cuba's various hotel chains, transfer services, guided tours, car hire, specialized programmes, excursions - among other services requested by the customer.

Information on transport operators and guides that offer services to the tourist.

Confirmation of return flights, onward travel to another country or internal transfers, according to the programme concerned.

Holding meetings to welcome and inform the visitors, providing an explanation of the programme, giving details of any relevant national regulations and of optional activities.

Receipt and processing of claims by visitors for services agreed but not provided at the appropriate level of quality.

Handling of visitors' requests for extended stays, visas and visa extensions, departure date changes and extension of travel to other countries

Arranging medical care for the visitor if needed, including hospitalization, in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Attendance on the visitors at each location, at least twice per week.

Organizing guided tours, as well as transfers between the airport and the visitor's hotel, or between hotels.

Receipt and processing of any visitor's claims against the various Cuban service providers.
